3.      Plan....What about this...We have to know well every blue print impact of industrial and economic building that will influence the best condition of our property...we do check the  urban planing by state and authority goverment...see the planed map.....

4.     Private Privacy ...i think full authority to using our stuff and material correctly to our need is obligated....make sure that your personal right and legal evidence is fully served...

5.      People Support....are the society, especially autorized functionary officer of this region care to its property and your bussiness puposes?...if yes, you are lucky

6.     Parking...you know well that in many biggest city such us; New york, LA, Shanghai, Hongkong, Singapore, Jakarta, etc, very difficult to managing perfectly and solve this big problem...property need an easy "access" to give more and more value added....

7.     Premium Price...."Buy cheaply, Sell Expensivelly"...thats what i meant...we have many competitor which play together with us...so having the best sexy price will make you having the best buyer...."As a buyer, i will take the cheapest price with the highest value"....so be genius...keep your price competitiveness to your competitor...
